Meet Gwendolyn S. Hailey

Gwendolyn Hailey provides strategic legal advice and counsel to individual and small business organizations. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and North Carolina Central University School of Law, Ms. Hailey is licensed to practice law in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Pennsylvania. She received mediation training and certification from the South Carolina Bar Association.

Prior to establishing her law firm, Gwen had substantial corporate legal and business experience working with the Pennsylvania Medical Society Liability Insurance Company as Assistant General Counsel and Capozzi & Associates, a health law firm in Harrisburg Pennsylvania. A teacher at heart, Gwen served as an Adjunct Professor at Widener University School of Law, teaching Managed Care Law.

Gwen has served as conflict counsel for the Durham, North Carolina Public Defender’s office. She also served as a Hearing Officer with the Department of Commerce, Division of Employment Security, and The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, in the Medicaid Division.
